Oh hello again.
Hope you're doing alright. It's a Tuesday morning on planet Earth and I have some new bits on my shop to share with you.
Firstly, I've hand painted 6 of my Hollow Log A4 riso prints using watercolour paint and they're priced at £50 each. All 6 are unique with different coloured fungi growing out of the bountiful fallen tree.
Next up are 2 brand new paintings that I made yesterday on A5 Fabriano 300gsm watercolour paper (148mm x 210mm) with watercolour and day glow model paint. Signed, dated and titled in pencil. Each painting comes with a riso printed certificate of authenticity that I include with each piece of original artwork on my shop. Both are piced at £160.
The first one is titled TURPS 500 and features an invisible driver with a cat like beast, enjoying the wind in it's fur. Where are they going or leaving from? That vehicle looks like it's seen some action. Who knows? You can figure that out for yourself, I believe in you.
The second painting (using the same sized paper and materials) is called TURPS Ledge and portrays a humaoid dog in hi viz work wear on a skatebaord doing a backside front blunt down a concrete handrail and steps. Is he on it's lunchbreak and getting a skate in or hiding in plain sight? Either way he's doing that trick in style amongst the utter chaos of our run down modern world. I'm seeing that GO! energy drink everywhere now. Who's behind that?
I've got some news coming soon about an short exhibition of my artwork in east London this year, my first show for over 10 years and you'll be amongst the first to know the details on that when it's ready to share.
